摘要
本文在介绍视讯系统工业标准及关键技术的基础上,分析了 H.261建议的视频编解码过程,最后简要介绍了中兴视讯系统的软件设计及功能。
Based on the introduction of industrial standards and key technologies of a videoconfer- ence system,the paper analyzes the process of the H.261 video codec.At the end of the paper, the software design and functions of the Zhongxing Videoconfer- ence system are briefly intro- duced.
