Southwest Regional Economic Cooperation in China Based on the Theory of Endogenous Trade

依据内生贸易理论,交易效率的提高主要依赖于交易制度的改进,西南地区要实现“追赶型、跨越式”发展,就应完善市场体系,改进交易制度,提高生产效率和交易效率,形成自己的竞争优势。开展西南区域经济合作,西南各省区市各自着重发展各自的优势,将外生比较优势转化为内生绝对优势;调整产业结构,实现分工结构的高级化和现代化,增强国际竞争优势;按照“自由、公正、效率”的原则进行制度的改进;依据社会分工的规律,利用市场规模优势,推动产业集团化、规模化,以积极发展产业内分工。

According to the theory of endogenous trade, the increase of trade efficiency is mainly based on the improvement of trading system. Therefore, in order to realize the chasing- and - spanning development, southwest region should form its own competitive advantages by improving the systems of market and trade, and raising efficiencies of production and trade. Southwest region should carry on regional economic cooperation and turn exogenous comparative advantages into endogenous absolute advantages; adjust industrial structure to realize the upgrade and modernization of the structure of labor division and then enhance international competitive advantages; improve the systems according to the rule of ＂ Freedom, justice, and efficiency＂ ; and in accordance with the discipline of social division of labor, make use of the advantage of market size to promote the conglomeration and large- scale industries, which is favorable to the development of intra- industry division.
