摘要
从广东省汕头市来看,中小企业出口竞争力的现状不容乐观,主要表现在:工业企业规模偏小,企业人力资源素质不高,出口产品以劳动密集型产品为主,科技含量较低,产品出口以价格竞争为主等方面。提升企业管理水平,强化中小企业集群,发展中介机构等措施将有助于中小企业出口竞争力的提升。
From the case of Shantou, Guangdong province, the current situation of SMEs＇ export competitive power is not optimistic. The main manifestations are： small industrial scale; low quality of human resource; most of the export products are labour- intensive products; low scientific and technological content in export products and competing mainly in pricing, etc. To help SMEs to promote export competitive power, measures should be taken in improving management level, strengthening SMEs cluster, developing intermediary and so on.
