长丰县实施日本援助结核病控制项目4年效果分析

Analysis of Tuberculosis Control Project Effect in Changfeng County

目的 分析长丰县日本援助结核病控制项目实施效果，为控制结核病提供依据。方法 根据2002～2005年全县结核病报表分析肺结核病人的发现、治疗转归情况。结果 4年来累计发现肺结核病人2716例，平均登记率为69．5／10万；新发涂阳病人813例，平均登记率为20．8／10万；医治人项肺结核病人1101例，平均治愈率达75．6％，均高于全省平均水平。结论 长丰县日本援助结核病控制项目成效显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of Changfeng county TB control project aided by Japanese government. Methods To summarize and analyze the implemental data during 2002 - 2005. Results In the past 4 years, 2716 tuberculosis cases had been detected, the average notification rate was 69.5/100,000. The new smear positive patients were 813 cases and its detection rate was 20.8/100,000. The 1101 cases in the project had been treated, the average recovery rate was 75.6%. Conclusions The TB control project in Changfeng county got a good effect.
