阜阳市2002～2005年医院内窥镜消毒灭菌效果分析

Analysis of Sterilization effect of Endoscope in the Hospitals of Fuyang City from 2002 to 2005

目的 了解阜阳市医疗机构医用内窥镜消毒灭菌效果，为预防医院内感染提供依据。方法 内窥镜使用前，在不同部位采样进行细菌培养、致病菌分离、无菌试验和乙肝表面抗原测定。结果 2002年-2005年共采集11家医院的337件样本，合格样本270份，总合格率为80．12％。内窥镜消毒灭菌效果合格率逐年提高。活检管道合格率从2002年的30．77％提高到2005年100％，注水瓶水、使用中消毒液合格率都从2002年很低提高到2005年的90％以上。结论 加强管理，改善消毒灭菌方法，可有效提高医用内窥镜消毒灭菌效果。

Objective To learn the sterilization effect of endoscope in the medical establishments of Fuyang city. Methotis Samples from different parts of the endoscope were collected, then, pathogenic bacteria isolation and culture, sterility tests, and HBsAg detection were made. Results A total of 337 samples from 67 gastroscopes were collected in 11 hospitals from 2002 to 2005. 270 samples were qualified. The qualification rate was 80.12%. The qualification rate of endoscope rised year by year. Since the steam sterilization had taken place of the chemical sterilization in 2002, the qualification rate of biopsy forceps was always 100%. The qualification rate of biopsy capsule had increased from 30.77% in2002 to 100% in 2005. The qualification rate of affusion water and disinfect water had increased from fairly low in 2002 to 〉 90% in 2005. Conclusion To enhance the standard sterilization of endoscope could be benefit for the control of hospital onset of infection caused by endoscopes.
