不稳定型心绞痛患者C反应蛋白的变化及其与血脂的关系

Change of C reactive protein and its relation with lipid in patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的:检测不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,并探讨其与血脂指标的关系。方法:对79例UAP和31例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者分别检测其血CRP水平及甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]的浓度,采用的方法分别是免疫散射比浊法、酶联免疫吸附法。结果:(1)与对照组、SAP组相比,UAP组患者CRP水平明显升高(P分别<0.01,<0.05),但对照组与SAP组相比CRP水平未见升高(P>0.05);(2)UAP组中,CRP与TG、Lp(a)呈正相关(r=0.32,0.45;P=0.031,0.021)。结论:UAP组患者CRP水平升高,且与TG、Lp(a)呈正相关关系。

Objective;To evaluate the change of C reactive protein （CRP） and its relation with lipid in patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP） and stable angina pectoris （SAP）. Methods： Blood samples for measurement of CPR, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol （LDL-C） and lipoprotein （a）[LP （a）] were detected respectively by immunoturbidimetry,enzymatic methods and ELISA in 79 patents with UAP, 31 patients with SAP and 28 controls. Results： （1） Compared with control group and SAP group, the concentration of CRP in UAP was significantly higher （P〈0. 01, 〈0. 05 respectively）, but SAP group had the same level of CRP as controls （P〉0. 05） ; （2） CRP associated positively with TG （r=0. 35, P= 0. 031） and Lp （a） （r=0.45, P=0. 021）. Conclusion： The level of CRP is higher in UAP patients. There is a positive correlation among CRP and TG. Lp （a）.
