长江三峡二期工程帷幕灌浆施工特殊情况原因分析及处理措施

CAUSE ANALYSIS AND DISPOSAL MEASURES FOR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES IN CURTAIN GROUTING OF STAGE II PROJECT OF THREE GORGES DAM

对三峡大坝二期工程帷幕灌浆施工过程中出现的外漏、涌水、小透水率大吸浆量或大透水率小吸浆量、失水回浓、大漏量等特殊情况进行原因分析,提出相应的处理措施,并在相应的孔位附近布置检查孔进行压水检查,施工质量均满足设计要求。这些措施对保证灌浆施工的顺利进行及确保施工质量有较重要的指导作用。

This paper discusses the cause analysis and appropriate disposal measures for the special circumstances in the curtain grouting of Stage Ⅱ project of Three Gorges Dam, such as external leakage, water outflow, etc. Inspection holes were arranged to have the water-pressing test near the relevant drilling holes and the construction quality met the requirements of the design. These measures had important guidance for guarantting the smooth construction of grouting and the constructln quality.
