摘要
使用VCR采矿法进行采矿时,必须就地进行爆破漏斗实验,以确定利用球状药包落矿时的爆破参数。通过对一系列直径为40 mm炮孔的爆破漏斗实验,及对实验数据进行理论分析,得出40 mm炮孔情况下的临界埋深、应变能系数等漏斗爆破参数。最后根据相似理论,计算得到了VCR法大直径球状药包落矿时的临界埋深、应变能系数、最佳埋深等爆破参数,为VCR法试验矿块孔网参数设计提供了依据。
By employing the VCR mining method, the experiment of blasting funnel must be carried out on the spot in order to ensure the parameters in mining by globular dynamite charge. The paper discusses a blasting funnel experiment on blasting holes with a diameter of 40 mm, and a theoretical analysis on the experiment data with a conclusion of critical burying depth, optimal burying depth, stain coefficient and so on. By use of the similarity theory, the above parameters are obtained as the basis for the blasting-holes parameter design of ore block by adopting VCR method.
