对X-射线荧光法在地质样品分析测试中的应用条件、适用范围、分析方法的精密度和准确性作了较详细的论述,并通过实验数据说明其在地球化学样品分析中的应用效果较好,多年来为国内提供了几十万件样品的多元素分析,其地球化学成图效果明显。
This paper describes in detail the application of X-ray fluorescence method to the testing of geological samples in such aspects as application conditions, application scopes and the precision and veracity of the analytical method, and indicates its better application effects in the analysis of hundreds of thousands of geochemical samples through experimental data.
