摘要
利用沉淀-浸渍法,以工业废物粉煤灰和硫酸亚铁为主要原料制备FSZ类固体酸催化剂,应用在酯化反应中具有良好的催化效果。并用X衍射仪、红外光谱仪和比表面仪等仪器FSZ型催化剂进行表征,结果表明在主要成分的配比为:硫酸亚铁∶氧氯化锆∶粉煤灰=2∶1∶4(质量比),0.5 mol/L硫酸溶液浸泡,在550℃下焙烧3h所制得的催化剂,用于合成中酯化率可达92.9%。
In this research, FSZ solid catalyst were made of industry residue fly-ash and ferrous sulfate by sediment -immersion method. There was good catalytic effect in esterification by using these catalysts. We also characterized them by XRD,IR spectrum and specific surface, we mixed FeSO4 ,ZrClO2 and Fly-ash at the quality ratio of 2:1:4 ,then immersed with 0.5 mol/L NaOH for 2 hours,and finally baked them at 550℃ for 3 hours. In this method we can get the catalyst whose esterification rate can reach 92.9% in synthesis of butyl butyrate.
