摘要
研究利用硫铁矿烧渣为主要原料,采用还原焙烧、硫酸浸取、催化氧化聚合的工艺制取聚合硫酸铁的新方法;探讨催化氧化聚合过程中各种工艺参数的影响,并获得了最佳的工艺条件,在确定的条件下,制备出了性能优良的PFS。
A process of producing polyferric sulfate by reduction of roasting pyrite cinders, vitriol lixiviation and catalytic - oxidation polymerization was studied. The effect of different technological parameters in the process were discussed, and the optimum technological term was obtained. And under the certain term, the PFS whose performance is good was prepared.
