摘要
在氮气气氛中用石墨电弧法合成了氮掺杂富勒烯.质谱、紫外、红外分析等手段证实了样品中含有C59N、C59N2、C59N4、C59N6以及C70N2等分子团簇,对蒸发制备的薄膜进行3小时200℃退火测得其室温电导率为1.0×10-6(S/cm),激活能为0.69eV(常温),0.56eV(高温).
Abstract Nitrogen-doped fullerene was synthesized by contact-arc vaporization of graphite in nitrogen atmosphere. Mass, UV-visible absorption, IR spectra and other analysis show that there exists species such as C59N,C59N2, C59N4, C59N6 and C70N2 molecular clusters. After 3 hours annealing sublimation nitrogen-doped fullerene film, we measure its conductivity dependence on temperature, from which we get room-temperature dark conductivity σ(25C ) = 1. 0 × 10-6 (S/cm), active energy Ea = 0. 69eV (low temperature),0. 56eV (high temperature).
