对开展建设项目安全设施“三同时”监督管理工作的几点看法

Thoughts about“Three Simultaneities”-Based Supervision and Management Work of Construction Project-Related Safety Facilities

结合建设项目安全设施“三同时”监督管理工作实践及黑龙江省建设项目特点,介绍了建设单位建设项目安全设施与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投入生产和使用的一些规定,主要目的是指导建设单位做好“三同时”的建设工作和安全生产监督管理部门“三同时”的监督管理工作。

Based on the practical experience gained from＂ three simultaneities＂-based supervision and management work of construction project-related safety facilities and the characteristics of the construction projects in Heilongjiang Province, some rules that safety facilities of construction projects should be designed,built and brought into use simultaneously with the main projects are stated, which aims at providing guidance for construction units to perform＂ three simultaneities＂ work well and for work safety supervision departments to do＂three simuhaneities＂-based supervision and management work well.
