摘要
常规的染整理论无法直接反映染料向纤维内部的扩散过程,该文定义新的染色概念K/S/CF,通过测定染色后纤维的K/S值和染料的上染量CF,直接研究染料在抗菌防螨腈纶中阳离子染料的扩散过程.由于在纺丝原液中添加了少量的抗菌防螨剂,因而在纤维内部形成较大的微洞和毛细孔,染色时阳离子染料向纤维内部扩散有许多新的特点.
Cationic dye diffusion process in dyeing anti-bacteria and mite-proof acrylic fiber was studied after determined K/S value and dye uptake Cr. There are many micro-holes and micro-channels in functional acrylic fiber due to blending with small amount of anti-bacteria and mite-proof agent in spinning solution. The diffusion of cationic dye into modified acrylic fiber has new characteristic.
