摘要
针对产品设计阶段有效管理质量数据的迫切需求,提出了基于质量特性的产品设计质量数据管理模型。依据产品设计过程确立了产品设计质量特性与数据的定义,在分析产品设计质量保证过程和产品质量特性多维性及演化性特点的基础上,给出了产品设计质量数据与产品质量特性的映射关系和视图,分析了产品设计质量数据的结构、特点及管理需求,提出了基于质量特性的满足产品数据管理和流程管理规范的产品设计质量数据管理模型。通过开发现代产品设计质量保证与数据管理平台原型系统和典型机械产品研制过程的质量数据管理应用,验证了该模型的正确性。
To deal with urgent requirements of effective quality data management in the product design phase, a product quality data management model based on quality characteristics was proposed. According to product design process, quality characteristics and data were defined. After analyzing quality assurance process, multidimension of quality characteristics and its evolution properties, mapping view between quality data and product quality properties was provided. The hierarchical structure, characteristics and management requirements of design quality data were analyzed. A management model of design quality data was proposed, which was quality -properties-based and was able to satisfy the specifications of product quality management and process management. The software prototype QQ-Dplatform was developed and a case study of design quality data management of a mechanical product using this model was presented, which has proved its feasibility and effectiveness.
