摘要
零件装配连接关系是多零件装配体(如汽车车身)在计算机辅助装配规划中装配模型建立的关键内容,提出了一种利用中性产品模型数据交换标准生成装配连接关系的方法。该方法首先利用产品模型数据交换标准文件的低层几何信息构建零件的包容盒,再在建立零件包容盒拓扑关系的基础上,通过判别与零件的连接映射关系,推导出零件的连接关系信息。最后,通过实例验证了所提出方法的准确性和有效性。
Assembly connection relationships among components are crucial to multi-part assembly (e. g. autobody) modeling in computer aided assembly process planning. A procedure to generate connection relationship was proposed by utilizing neutral STandard for the Exchange of Product model data (STEP) file. Firstly, an enveloped box for each part was constructed from lower geometrical information contained in STEP file. Then based on analysis of position intersection of different enveloped boxes, the rules reflecting mapping among intersections and parts assembly relationships were created and used to derive assembly connection information. A case study demonstrated the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
