By way of the sample investigation on the weak-school teachers＇ comprehension to the new curriculum idea and their understanding of the unfavourable factors to enforce the new curriculum, the chief difficulty in the enforcement of the new curriculum, the main path for the teacher to acquire the theoretical knowledge of the new curriculum, etc. , the investigation result makes known that the weak school teachers haven＇t distinct understanding of the theory of the new curriculum, their structure of knowledge is growing older and older, they lack sufficient teaching ability, they don＇t quite concentrate on their teaching work, the students have only a weak grounding in knowledge and they are not easy to suit well with the new curriculum, the curriculum resources are defficient, the judgement reform are lagging behind, and all the above problems have to be settled urgently.
