绿汁发酵液对青贮发酵品质影响的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 绿汁发酵液是近年来研制出的一种安全、有效、无污染、无公害、绿色的青贮添加剂。本文系统总结了在青贮发酵中添加绿汁发酵液的添加效果及其影响因素,提出了粉剂化的绿汁发酵液在生产实践中具有很大的推广应用前景。
