Study on Treatment Technology of Oily Sludge in Henan Oilfield

摘要 对新型污泥浓缩剂进行了筛选,研制了污泥分离器,并对污泥脱水设备进行了优化选型,进而制成了橇装式含油污泥处理装置。该装置将原污泥处理系统中的污泥分离池、浓缩罐和机械脱水设备合为一体,可对站内污水池底部的各种污泥进行处理。在河南油田稠油联合站的现场实验表明,污水池中含水率为99%的污泥经该装置处理后,脱出的干化污泥含水率低于30%。通过对污泥的焚烧实验,优选出一种将含油污泥进行无害化处理的方法。经检测,采用这种方法处理后的锅炉烟气及炉渣中有害物质含量均符合国家规定的排放标准。 New oily sludge concentrating agents were selected,and a separator of oily sludge was developed. The oily sludge dehydration unit was optimized. The skid-mounted oily sludge treatment equipment was also developed. This equipment integrates the oily sludge separating pool,concentrating tank and mechanical dehydrating units in a system and can treat different kind of oily sludge at the bottom of sewage pool. The experiments in the heavy oil gathering station of Henan Oilfield showed that the water cut of oily sludge treated by this equipment can be reduced from 99% to 30%. At the same time,a harmless treating method for oily sludge was proposed on the basis of dried sludge properties and burning experiment. The burning test showed that the content of harmful materials in the smoke and slag of boiler reached the national drainage standard for sludge.
