青岛市中小学生被动吸烟现状及其影响因素分析

Cross-sectional Study on Passive Smoking and Its Influencing Factors Among Primary and Secondary School Student

目的了解青岛市中小学生被动吸烟现状及其影响因素,为制定干预措施和相关政策提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法对青岛市1 785名儿童进行问卷调查。结果青岛市儿童被动吸烟率为50.7%。其中市区为53.1%,郊区为43.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.90,P<0.05)。与儿童被动吸烟负相关的因素有:父母经常不让其他人在孩子面前吸烟,如果有人在家里当着孩子面吸烟,孩子会采取措施(离开、打开窗户、要求他们不要吸烟)。孩子曾经主动提出过不让其他人在自己面前吸烟的要求。结论应采取适当措施降低儿童被动吸烟率,以提高儿童身体素质。

Objective To explore the status and the influencing factors among primary and secondary school students, and to provide evidence for intervention measures and the related strategic, Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to a clustered stratified sample of 1 785 children in Qingdao. Results The incidence of passive smoking was 50.7 % among children in Qingdao, which was 53.1% for urban and 43.7 % for rural, with statistical significance（ χ^2= 11.90, P 〈 0.05）. The negative factors to children＇s passive smoking included： 1 ）parents often asked others not to smoke in the presence of children; 2）if someone smoking while the child was at home, the child could take action as leaving, opening the windows or asking them no to smoke; 3）the child had ever asked someone not to smoke when he/she was there. Conclusion Some appropriate measures should be taken to improve children＇ s physical constitution.
