皖南地区卫校学生伤害流行病学调查

An Epidemiological Study on Injuries Among Health School Students in South Anhui

目的了解卫校学生伤害的发生情况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法使用伤害调查表对皖南地区卫生学校学生1 581名进行问卷调查。结果伤害年发生率为61.23%,前5位伤害依次为跌伤(23.97%)、碰伤(23.59%)、刀或锐器伤(21.51%)、动物咬伤(16.00%)、烧烫伤(15.12%);伤害发生率与父母文化程度及是否独生子女密切相关。结论卫校学生的伤害发生率高,应采取有效措施预防和控制伤害的发生。

Objective To study the prevalence of injury among students in health schools, and to provide bases for intervention measures. Methods A total of 1 581 students in health school in south Anhui were surveyed with a questionnaire on injury. Results The incidence of injury was 61.23%, the five leading categories of injuries were falling（23.97 % ）, colliding（23.59% ）, knife-cutting or sharp object wound（21.51% ）, animal bites（ 16.00 % ）, and bum or scald（ 15.12% ）. The incidence of injury was closely related to parental culture background and being only-child or not. Conclusion Effective interventions should be given to health school students to prevent and control the occurrence of injuries due to higher rate of injuries among them.
