摘要
通过流动度试验发现,粒径分布不同的水泥在相同流动度时其需水量有显著差异,说明粒径分布不同的水泥其堆积密度不同;推导了连续粒径粉体在浆体中的堆积密度计算公式,并通过试验对该公式进行了验证.
The experiment shows that there exist noticeable difference in water requirement among cement powder samples with different size distribution at same fluidity degree, that means different size distribution of powder determines different packing density of it. And a formula of packing density of powder with continuous grain size distribution in paste is proposed. The experiment proves that with this formula the packing density of powder could be calculated as long as the size distribution of the cement were known.
