摘要 研究了不同煅烧程度煤矸石对水泥浆体流动性和强度的影响,并通过SEM形貌观察分析了其影响机理.结果表明:煅烧完全的煤矸石和未煅烧煤矸石结构差异显著,前者疏松多孔,后者较为致密;随着煅烧时间的延长(10~120min),煤矸石颗粒吸水率逐渐增大,煤矸石水泥浆体流动性逐渐降低;煅烧煤矸石水泥浆体强度与未煅烧煤矸石水泥浆体强度相比有很大的提高,但是煤矸石煅烧时间的延长对于煤矸石水泥浆体强度的提高似乎没有太大作用,甚至略有负面影响. Effects of different calcining degree coal-gangue on fluidity and strength of cement paste were investigated, and the microstructures of coal-gangue and cement paste with coal-gangue were analyzed by SEM. Results show that the structures of calcined coal-gangue and non-calcined coal-gangue are different, the former is loose and porous and the latter is compact; the water-absorption ratio of coal-gangue increases and the fluidity of cement paste with coal-gangue decreases with the prolonging of calcining time of coal-gangue; the strength of cement paste with calcined coal-gangue is higher than that of cement paste with non-calcined coal-gangue, but it is not certain if the prolonging of calcining time of coal-gangue is benefitial to the strength of cement paste with coal-gangue, or even has adverse effect.
