摘要
研究了干旱胁迫下元宝枫苗木某些生长性状和生理特性的变化。结果表明,干旱胁迫对元宝枫的生长性状和生理特性影响显著;随着干旱胁迫程度的加剧和时间的延长,元宝枫的苗高在整个胁迫期间持续上升;生物量和水分利用效率在中度处理下最高;蒸腾速率日变化均为先升后降趋势;在干旱胁迫条件下,净光合速率均呈下降趋势;脯氨酸含量在整个胁迫期间显著增大,说明元宝枫具有一定的抗旱性。
Changes between some growth properties and physiological characteristics of Acer turncatum under drought stress were studied. The results showed that the growth properties and physiological characteristics were infuenced significantly under drought stress. As the stress of drought was intensified and last, the height of A. truncatum seedings kept on increasing during the process of stress; the biomass and water use efficiency were the highest under medium water stress; the diurnal change of Tr all appeared an increasing and then declining trend; net photosynthesis rate declined under drought stress ; the proline corttents increased significantly in the course of stress. This indicated that A. trunatum had a certain drought tolerance characteristics.
