摘要
为比较藤本月季的抗寒性,于早春对红梅朗、多特蒙特、鸡尾酒、瓦特大叔和金秀娃1年生枝条进行了-10℃-、20℃-、30℃的冷冻试验、结果表明,随着冷冻处理温度的降低,5种苗木枝条失水速率和原生质膜透性增加,冷冻枝条的恢复生长能力下降;红梅朗、多特蒙特和鸡尾酒3者的半致死温度(LT50)均为-30℃,瓦特大叔和金秀娃的半致死温度(LT50)约为-20℃;5种藤本月季品种中红梅朗抗寒性最强,金秀娃抗寒性最差,其抗寒性顺序为:红梅朗>多特蒙特>鸡尾酒>瓦特大叔>金秀娃。
The experiments on freezing resistance of fire rose varieties were carried out in early spring. The results are as follows : with the temperature of freezing declined,the water evaporation rate and the permeability in five freezed seedling sticks enhanced and the rate of survival stick decreased; the temperature of LT50 in Meidiland and Dortmud and Cocktail tissue -30℃ , in Uncle Water and Golden Showers tissue- 20℃. Among five breeds,the freezing resistance of Meidiland seedlings was the strongest,and Golden Showers seedlings was the weakest. The sequence of freezing resistance of five climbing rose varieties were Meidiland〉Dortmud〉Cocktail〉Uncle Water〉Golden Showers.
