WTO条约解释演进与中国服务谈判策略选择——以2005年美国博彩案为视角

摘要
WTO法适用与条约解释息息相关,GATS解释是WTO法解释的前沿课题。文章通过05年博彩案实证研究,解读GATS解释发展并揭示其蕴藏的法律意义,进而提出我国服务谈判策略建议。
