摘要
在分析和比较不同的历史阶段,发达国家政府行为对仪器仪表产业发展作用的基础上,结合我国仪器仪表产业发展的现状,提出在近中期我国政府主要应进一步加强管理,营造仪器仪表产业自主创新政策环境,增强仪器仪表产业的自主创新能力.
By researching on government control of developed countries in administering on instrument industry at different phases, the advice is brought out, that is, in order to step up our instrument industry, our government should administer sprightlier on instrument industry, and found favorable conditions for our instrument industry.
