DETERMINATION OF TRACE ELEMENTS IN TURNIP BY SUSPENSION TECHNIQUE-FLAME ATOMIC SPECTROMETRY

摘要 将样品粉碎、过筛,制备成琼脂悬浮液.以La3+作为钙、镁的释放剂,以氯化钠作为钾的消电离剂,建立了悬浮液技术-火焰原子光谱法快速测定萝卜中钙、镁、铁、钾、锌的分析方法.在悬浮液中加入适量盐酸可显著提高铁、锌的吸光度.对试液与其空白溶液物理性质的一致性,盐酸溶液的影响、各种干扰及检出限进行了考察.测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3.1%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±2.2%. Turnip sample was crushed, sifved and so made into agar suspension. La^3+ was used as the releasing agent for calcium and magnesium, and NaCl was used as the deionization agent for potassium. An analytical method for rapid determination of calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium and zinc in turnip by suspension technique - flame atornie spectrometry has been developed. Absorbanees of iron and zinc were markedly increased by adding suitable amount of hydrochloric acid into the test solution. Identity of physical property for test solution and its blank solution, effect of hydrochloric acid solution, vaious interferences and detection limit were studied. RSD less than 3.1%. The determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method.The relative errors between them were less than ± 2.2%
