摘要
采用七种高纤维素型立向下电焊条,通过斜Y坡口裂纹实验,对高强管线钢的冷裂敏感性进行实验研究。通过理论公式计算了其冷裂敏感系数,并根据实验结果确定了避免冷裂产生的最低预热温度,为高强管线钢施工及制定焊接工艺提供了实验和理论依据,也为高强管线钢的冷裂敏感性的标准实验方法提供参考。
The cold cracking sensibility of high tensile pipeline-steel was studied by Y-groove cracking test using seven kinds of high cellulose electrode of vertical down position welding. The cold cracking sensibility coefficient was calculated by theoretical formula, and the lowest preheat temperature was obtained to avoid cold crack by experimental results. The study offered experimental and theoretical foundation to high tensile pipeline-steel's construction and welding process, also offered reference to standard experimental method evaluating cold crack of high tensile pipeline-steel.
