Study on Knowledge Supply Flow Orient to Knowledge Management

摘要 在知识需求的基础上,提出了五元组知识供应流模型。根据活动和个人知识需求的不同,提出了预定义知识供应和运行时知识供应的概念,并抽取出6种知识供应流模式,最后研究了知识供应流的建立和实例化方法。给出了某制造型企业的运用实例。实例证明,提出的知识供应流理论能够有效促进企业知识的共享和积累。 Based on the knowledge requirement a five-element model of knowledge supply flow is put forward. According to the difference between activity knowledge requirement and personal knowledge requirement, the concept of predefined knowledge supply flow and runtime knowledge requirement are introduced. Six types of knowledge supply flow pattern are elicited. Finally, establishing method and running process of knowledge supply flow are studied. An example in manufacturing enterprise is given. The example proves that the theory of knowledge supply flow can promote the accumulation and share of enterprise knowledge.
