摘要
通过起毛试验模拟造纸压榨毛毯在纸机上使用过程中纤维从压毯结构中游离出来的情况,从结构角度出发对影响压毯抗起毛性能的因素进行了分析。对不同规格压毯进行了分组比较试验,并对个别因素做了进一步试验验证。结果表明,压毯底网经纱密度、针刺密度的增加均有利于压毯抗起毛性能的改善,且压毯底网的叠层结构较单层结构对压毯非织层纤维具有更好的夹持固结作用,热定型和化学处理也对压毯的抗起毛性能起着积极作用,而低熔点纤维的使用效果并不明显。
Pilling test is used to simulate tuft fibre dissociating from press felt when used in papermaking machines. From the point of view of fibrous architecture of press felt, factors influencing fiber loss are analyzed. Comparisons are made of samples of press felts with different constituent fibrous architectures. The results reveal that high warp density of base fabric and high needling density will improve the antifiber-loss property of the samples. Further, base fabric with two layers fastens fibre better than that of single layer even the set density in the latter is much higher than the former. Thermosetting and chemical treatment of press felt also have positive effect in preventing tuft fiber from loss during service life. The results also show that the use of fibre of low melting point has no significant effects in the property of fiber loss because of the limited bonding points and less efficiency in thermo processing during fabrication of the press felts. In addition, the use of three-dimensional crimped fibres has negative effect to the anti-fiberloss property of press felts.
