稀土掺杂二氧化钛的合成及抗紫外性能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法制备纯净及稀土掺杂的TiO2,用X射线衍射(XRD)和UPF进行表征,研究了不同掺杂种类及掺杂量对紫外吸收性能的影响,结果表明掺杂2%CeO2、2%La2O3、1.2%Gd2O3时TiO2抗紫外性能均有明显提高,其中掺杂2%CeO2的效果最佳。 The sol-gel process was used in the preparation of pure TiO2 and rare earth doping TiO2, the phase structure and anti-UV capacity were studied by means of XRD and UPF, we investigated how the doping quantity and doping category influence the anti-UV capacity. The analysis results indicate that the anti-UV capacity of 2%Ce2O3,2%La2O3,1.2%Gd2O3 doping TiO2 are improving and the 2%Ce2O3 is the best.
