摘要
应用现代设计方法实现了柴油机气缸盖流场、温度场、应力场的耦合分析,探索了柴油机热、流、固耦合计算的一般方法和具体实施技术。考察了关键结构对气缸盖温度及应力大小和分布的影响程度,并且就缸盖入口流量对缸盖冷却的影响进行了分析。
The multi-physics field, which comprises of flow, temperature and stress field for a diesel engine, is simulated in this paper applying modern design methods. The purpose is to explore the general methods and concrete implementing techniques for the engines" coupling analysis of flow field, temperature field and stress field. The influence of several key structure dimensions and structure types of the cylinder head on temperature field and stress field is studied,and an analysis of their sensitivity about flow quantity to cylinder head temperature is carried out.
