摘要
为降低一台车用增压涡流室柴油机的NOx排放,设计加工了EGR系统。使用AVL Boost软件对该EGR系统的机械机构进行了优化设计,采用不同EGR率开展了相关的试验研究。结果显示,采用较小EGR率时,该机的NOx排放得到了有效地降低,且燃油消耗率增加较小,表明了该EGR系统设计和工作的有效性。
An EGR system is designed and machined for reducing NO~ emission of vehicle turbocharged swirl-chamber diesel engine. The EGR mechanical part is optimized using AVL BOOST software. Experiments are carried out on the engine. The results show that NOx emission is reduced obviously and the specific fuel consumption increases slightly at reasonable EGR ratios. It proves the EGR system design and operation is available.
