摘要
在采集城市道路黑点路段车速数据的基础上,利用数理模型对车速数据进行分析处理,使用方法库对数据进行排序、分类均值收敛、择类管制收敛、循环收敛和多次检验,最终实现对城市道路安全车速限值的决策支持,并演示了该算法在实际项目中的应用。
The paper firstly analyzed the speed data with mathematical model based on the collection of the section speed data at black spots in urban roads. Then, it sorted the data by method warehouse, and tested the result after several convergences. At last, it realized the decision support of the safe speed limit in urban traffic. At the end of the paper the algorithm was demonstrated in practical project.
