摘要
输油管线穿越公路时既不能妨碍交通,又不能让管线被车辆的重量和震动所破坏,目前有三种解决方法,即门桥、挖地沟和安设护木.通过对这三种方式优缺点的分析,设计了一种结构简单、安装迅速的新型管线穿越公路的护管装置,并对其进行了结构强度分析与优化,分析表明,所设计的护管装置能很好的满足要求.
Generally there are three kinds of ways for protecting pipeline when it get across the road. They are gate bridge, channel and protecting woods. In this paper a new protecting device for pipeline is designed. Through structure strength analysis and optimization for the protecting device, its structure is more simple and its fixing is more convenient.
