摘要
就建设项目的投资决策阶段、设计阶段、建设项目发包阶段、建设实施阶段的工程造价如何控制进行探讨,针对实际中存在的问题,提出各阶段控制造价的一些措施.
Based on the discussion how to control the construction cost in project＇s investment decision stage, design stage, construction project let contract stage, construction implementation stage,some measures to control the cost of project are proposal.
