摘要
本文通过对卸料斜面的位置,初始卸料角及终止卸料角的理论分析,找出了离心式卸料斗式提升机的回料原因,求得最佳参数和料斗形状。根据抛料流轮廓设计头罩等。对斗式提升机设计和使用具有指导意义。
The reason of feeding back in centrifugal bucket conveyer has been found through theoretical analysis of the position of discharging incline, initial discharging angle and final discharging angle in this article. Also the optimized parameters and the shape of bucket have been found. So the hood shield could be designed according to discharging flow trail. These studies will be helpful for bucket conveyer designing and operating.
