摘要
应用“横刚纵柔”这一回转窑筒体设计原则,其目的是为了提高回转窑在生产中的运转率,降低加工制造回转窑的原材料消耗。本文在分析了回转窑筒体在运行中各部位的受力特点的同时,提出了实施该原则的具体方法,即筒体各部位钢板厚度的选取,及各支承跨距的合理配置。
The principle of "lateral rigidituy and longitudinal flexibilituy" for the design of rotary kiln shell is to increase the availability of totary kiln and decrease the consumption of raw materials in fabricating. While analyzed the points of the kiln under stress, the paper put forward the practical measures to be taken in carrying out the principle, that is, the selection of thickness of steel plate at different places and the reasonable arrangement of different supportings' spaces.
