摘要
本文建立了半理论半经验的电导率估算模型,并利用MgCl2-NaCl-KCl-CaCl2熔盐体系测定的电导率值与模型计算值进行了比较,结果表明混合模型可以很好的估算MgCl2-NaCl-KCl-CaCl2熔盐体系的电导率。本文还采用四因子二次回归正交设计研究了MgCl2-NaCl-KCl-CaCl2熔盐体系的电导率,用数理统计分析法得到了电导率随体系组分含量变化而变化的二元二次方程。实验结果表明,体系电导率随NaCl含量和温度增加而增大,随KCl、MgCl2、CaCl2含量增加而减小。
The ealeulational models for conductance estimation have been established in this paper, and the mixed model can give good approximation on Conductance of MgCl2-NaCl-KCl-CaCl2 system. The conductance of MgCl2-NaCl-KCl-CaCl2 system has been measured in this paper; Orthogonal design experiment was applied to study the effect of substance composing on Conductance of the melts, Results showed that the data of the conductance of melt has been influenced in concentration of several melt substance, when temperature and content of NaCl were increased, the conductance growed; while the content of NaCl、MgCl2 and CaCl2 increasing, the conductance falles.
