摘要
报道了用Nd:YAG激光器四倍频输出(266nm)激光激发尿嘧啶核苷(尿苷)和腺嘌呤核苷(腺苷)到第一电子激发态S1,分别与苯丙氨酸相互作用。由于激发态尿苷的分子极性比激发态腺苷大.使得尿苷在与苯丙氨酸分子形成分子激基络合物时的效率高于腺苷;同时.由于尿苷为单环结构,且带有两个极性强的C=O键,使得尿苷与苯丙氨酸的激基络合物内电子能量转移效率高于双环结构的腺苷与苯两氨酸的激基络合物.从而显示出激光诱导荧光光谱存在较大差异。
Uridine and adenosine were excited to the first electronically excited state)using the the output of a frenquency-quadrupled Nd: YAG laser(266 nm),and interactedwith the phenylalanine in the mixed solution with equal mol-concentration. Because of thedifference of molecular polarization and structure between the excited uridine andadenosine,the efficiency of exciplex formation and the energy-transfer efficiency betweenthese two kinds of nucleosides and phenylalanine are different,yielding remarkabledifferences of the fluorescence spectra.
