摘要 鸡传染性支气管炎是长期以来困扰养禽业的主要疾病之一。基因突变、重组和免疫压力等因素都可能引起鸡传染性支气管炎病毒发生遗传变异,这给该病的预防和控制带来了很大的困难。文章对鸡传染性支气管炎病毒的分子生物学特性、遗传变异的机理及其研究概况进行了综述。 Avian infectious bronchitis is a contagious disease which has threatened poultry husbandry for a long period. Variation of lBV may be caused by not only gene mutation and recombination, but also the pressure of immunization. As a result, it is difficult to prevent and control IB. In this article, molecular biological characteristics, variation mechanism and latest progresses of IBV were reviewed. The prevention of lBV variation were also discussed.
