禽呼肠病毒属于呼肠病毒科正呼肠病毒属,基因组为线性双股RNA,由分节段的10个基因片段组成,根据核酸电泳迁移率可分成3组,即大基因节段(L),中基因节段(M)和小基因节段(S),它们编码10种结构蛋白,4种非结构蛋白。目前,已完成了L3,M3,S1,S2,S3和S4基因的克隆表达,建立了重组σA蛋白,重组σNS蛋白的单克隆抗体McAb-ELISA以及σB-ELISA等分子诊断方法。文章阐述了禽呼肠病毒基因组的特性及病毒蛋白的结构和功能,旨在为禽呼肠病毒的诊断、预防和疫苗研制提供参考。
Avian reoviruses(ARV) belong to the genus Orthoreovirus, one of the nine genera of the Reoviridae family. The viral genome consists of ten segments of double-strand RNA(dsRNA) that can be separated into three size classes, large (L), medium (M), and small (S) from their electrophoretic mobility, the products of which are ten structural proteins and four non-structural proteins. Up to now, the L3,M3 ,S1, S2,S3 and S4 genes of ARV were cloned and expressed,meanwhile, the diagnosis methods such as MAbELISA of δA,MAb-ELISA of δNS and δB-ELISA were established. This article described the characteristics and functions of the viral genome and proteins, and the advance in this area, which was beneficial to the diagnosis of ARV and preparing of vaccines against ARV and other reserches in ARV.
