摘要
本文测定了表面包有硬脂酸的纳米SnO2样品的XRD、ESR和FTIR光谱.通过测定进一步证实该体系有机溶胶出现的表观光吸收带隙红移(与量子尺寸效应的结果相反)和室温下较强的光致发光是源于局部界面结构振荡形成的一种亚稳极化子态造成的,进一步揭示了纳米尺度下表面状态对纳米材料性质的显著影响.
Abstract The spectral characteristics of nanometer-sized SnO2 capped by surfactants are measured by using XRD、ESR、FTIR techniques. The experimental results justify that the change of absorption and luminesence spectra of system come from the formation of a kind of interfacial polariton state.PACC: 7800, 7138, 6170B
