摘要
当分户热计量低温供暖系统与原供热管网直接连接时,室内用户的自主调节会影响供热管网的平衡。为了解决这种情况下供热管网的平衡问题,根据流体力学和热力学基本原理提出了混水泵压差控制法,并利用能量方程及水压图对其调节原理和调节过程进行了分析,由热平衡方程推导出有关参数的计算公式,为混水泵压差控制法的应用提供了必要的技术支持。
When low-temperature heating systems of individual household heat metering were directly connected with the existing heating network of traditional heating systems, the balance of the network would be affected by the regulating of the users. Based on the principle of hydromechanics and thermodynamics the mixing-pump pressure-difference control method was put forward in order to solve the balance problem in the above-mentioned condition. The adjustment principle and process of the method were analyzed by using energy equations and hydraulic diagram. Some calculating formulas for related parameters were presented according to the thermal equilibrium equations. It could provide necessary technique support for applications of the mixing-pump pressure-difference control method.
