摘要
详细阐述了钕铁硼永磁材料的测量原理和特点,以及测量仪器的构成和软硬件设计要点。提出了采用模拟、数字混合积分信号处理,电子电位器零位校准和两级计算机控制结构的钕铁硼材料性能测量仪,并对制做的测量仪样机通过标准样品进行对比测试,达到了较高的测量精度,体现了高性能、低成本的特点。对于钕铁硼永磁材料生产行业具有实际应用和推广价值。
The theory and characters of testing technology for permanent magnet material NdFeB have been introduced in detail. The composing of measuring apparatus for this kind of material and the outline of software and hardware design have also been expatiated. The testing apparatus with analog-digital mixed integrator signal processing, digital potentiometer zero adjustment and two degree computer control system has been raised. This kind of instrument has obtained better effect in practical application. The characters of high quality and low cost are shown. It would be valuable for the practical application and the spread in the industry of NdFeB material.
