摘要
通过综合分析煤柱应力分布和破坏情况,探讨了回采巷道外错布置时巷道位置的选择原理;运用岩体极限平衡理论和逐步破坏理论,建立了上分层煤柱塑性区宽度计算方法,在此基础上提出了上分层煤柱最优宽度应大于2倍破裂区宽度且小于2倍塑性区宽度的结论;在上分层煤柱尺寸优化设计之后,下分层巷道外错距离可由上分层煤柱尺寸及其破裂区宽度加以确定。上述理论在潞安矿业集团五阳矿,应用效果良好。
Based on the theory of rock mass limit balance and progressive damage theory, the way of extent calculating for plastic zone of higher slice pillar is given, and the conclusion that optimum width of higher slice pillar is greater than 2 times of size of pillar broken zone and smaller than 2 times of size of pillar plastic area is obtained. After the size of higher slice pillar is designed optimally, the outward staggering measurements of lower slice roadway can be determined by the size of higher slice pillar and its damage extent. And, an applying example of above researches is given.
