纳米环保液体防腐涂层研究

摘要 研制出一种纳米环保液体防腐涂层,介绍了该防腐液的配方及工艺流程,分析了其防腐机理,并且通过与先进的达克罗涂层技术做对比,说明该纳米环保液体涂层具有无环境污染、能耗低以及优异的防腐性能等特点,是一种优异的新型防腐涂层。 Compared with the advanced Dacrometr coating, the nanometer hquld coating for environmental protection has such characteristics as non-environmentnal pollution, low energy consumption as well as outstanding anticorrosion performance. The nanometer liquid coating for environmental protection hopefully becomes the superficial anticorrosion coating of metal organism, such as various kinds of steel and iron components, as well as non-metal organism, such as plastic, timber , concrete, etc. The nanometer liquid coating for environmental protection will be applied in each department of national economy.
