基于单片机控制的压电陶瓷变压器驱动电源

摘要 以单片机及其控制电路为基础,设计了压电陶瓷变压器驱动电源,该电源为压电陶瓷变压器提供特定的振荡信号,根据压电陶瓷变压器的输出信号,适时调整输入频率,使其与压电陶瓷谐振频率一致,最大限度地保持了压电陶瓷的升压比,保证了压电陶瓷变压器的最大输出。实验数据表明,利用该驱动电源控制的压电陶瓷变压器,具有响应速度快,稳定性好,结构简单,调试方便,造价低廉,实用性强等特点,适用于压电陶瓷驱动器。 In the base of SCM and it's controlled circuit, the piezoelectric ceramic transformer driving power is designed, which provide oscillating signal for piezoelectric ceramic transformer. Changing properly the input frequency in term of the output signal of piezoelectric ceramic transformer to assure the consistence of input frequency and the oscillating frequency of piezoelectric ceramics,and maximum keep the step-up ratio of voltage , guaranteed the maximum output of piezoelectric ceramic transformer. Experimental data show that the piezoelectric ceramic transformer controlled by the designed driven has the features of quick responding speed, firm stabling,simple structure,convenient debugging,cheap price and fine practicability etc. And it can apply to piezoelectricity ceramics actuator.
