川芎嗪注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足50例临床观察

The clinic observation on the effect of ligustrazine injection in treating 50 cases of vertebroarterial blood insufficiency

目的观察与评估川芎嗪注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法将椎-基底动脉供血不足的患者随机分为治疗组(50例)与对照组(30例)。治疗组使用川芎嗪注射液120 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液中静脉注射,每日1次,10天为1个疗程;对照组使用其他活血扩血管药物治疗,每日1次,10天为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效显著、安全。

Objective To explore the effects of ligustrazine injection in treating vertebroarterial blood insufficiency. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups （the treatment group and the control group）. The treatment group was treated with ligustrazine injection 120mg, the control group was treated with other injection, two drugs were added into 5% glucose solution individually, then iv. Drip, qd. 10 days were regarded as one treatment course. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was much better than In the control group, two groups have differences remarkably （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ligustrazine injection is effective and safe in treating vertebro- arterial blood insufficiency.
